Our Attorneys

Busald Funk Zevely, P.S.C. is deeply committed to the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area. Our lawyers actively provide leadership and service to numerous civic, charitable, religious, professional, and political organizations.

Through positions of leadership, our attorneys have distinguished themselves in the legal community. Our senior members have served as presidents and officers of local and statewide legal associations—many of whom have won awards within these associations. A partner at our firm co–authors Kentucky Driving under the Influence which is utilized by attorneys all across Kentucky. Three of our attorneys are AV Rated by their peers for ethical standards and legal ability. We also have three BV Rated attorneys.

It is this drive to excel that compels our members to enhance their legal skills through continuing academic achievement. The lawyers in the injury litigation division frequently attend local and national continuing legal education seminars and workshops. Several of our members participate on the faculties at these meetings. Two members have also served on the adjunct faculty at Chase Law School.
